Most players will be using CQB weapons, so the player should use that to their advantage and take out enemy players before they get within effective engagement distance. They should then peek out from that cover to spot enemies (E) and try to eliminate them from range. Lakeside has two main ways to play passively sniping down the center of each lane and on the beach, or aggressively pushing, ducking from cover to cover in order to avoid being hit by sniper fire and oncoming enemies.įor the passive playstyle, the player should find a wall, crate, or another large piece of cover to duck into if they come under fire. It consists of many narrow streets surrounded by picuresque terraced houses, resulting in primarily close and mid-ranged combat, with longer sightlines down the streets and the beach providing opportunities for more passive sniping roles. The map is set in an Italian town on the shore of Lake Maggiore.
